Corn Island is a beautiful island in the Caribbean Sea located 90 kilometers (53miles) away from the main land. The easier way to get here is by plane from Managua. It takes an hour and a half to get to the island. Corn Island is an island of 11 square kilometers. People in this place are devoted to shrimp and lobster fishing. Here, it is possible to have lobster at very affordable prices.

The white sandy beaches are beautiful and the waters are crystal clear. The coral reef is very pretty and snorkeling & diving is really worth doing here.  Corn Island is basically unspoiled with beautiful beaches. It’s not crowded and peaceful.
